1.  Are my listings available in the Search 2.0?

  • Listings that meet the following criteria will be available in ‘Search 2.0’

  • A valid Cadastral reference

  • Have the Beta shared flag selected

(The Beta shared flag is automatically selected for listings that are shared on the ‘Classic Search’)

2.  Why are listings linked together that are not the same property?

  • This is because some Agencies have entered the wrong Cadastral reference to their listings.

  • We are currently investigating all the duplicate listings to make sure they contain the correct Cadastral references.

  • If you see any listings that are not linked correctly, please help us to clean up the database by reporting them.

3.  What happens if I have added the wrong Cadastral reference?

  • Your listing will be set to ‘Needs Review’

  • We will notify you and ask you to add the correct Cadastral Reference.

  • Your listing are still shared during the review period.

  • If you fail to update your listings during the review period they will be set to 'Not shared' in the new search 2.0.

4.  What is the new widget on the home page

  • The new widget contains all your listings that have been set to ‘Needs Review’.

  • The new widget will only appear if you have listings that have been set to 'Needs Review'.

5.  What do the different warning symbols mean?

The different warning symbols refer to the reporting status of a listing

Own Listings

  • Blue Warning Symbol: The listing has not been reviewed or reported.

  • Grey Warning Symbol: The listing has been reviewed and contains the correct Cadastral

  • Greyed Triangle: The listing has been reported and we are currently investigating it.

  • Orange Triangle: You need to review the listing, a ticket will be linked with the required action.

  • Red Triangle: You have not made the required changes and the listing has been set to ‘Not Shared’

Other Agents Listings

  • Blue Warning Symbol: The listing has not been reviewed or reported

  • Grey Warning Symbol: The listing has been reviewed and contains the correct Cadastral, the report function has been disabled. If you feel this listing has been incorrectly reviewed you will need to raise a ticket manually.

  • Greyed Triangle: The listing has been reported to us an we are currently investigating it.

6.  What does the Diamond symbol mean?

The diamond symbol only appears if a listing contains a duplicate.

  • Red Diamond

  • You have not selected a preferred listing from the duplicate list.

  • Green Diamond

  • You have selected a preferred a listing from the duplicate list.

  • A preferred listing is the version you have selected to show on the results page.

  • You can change you preferred listing by selecting a different version in the duplicate pop up.

(You own company listings will automatically be selected as a preferred listing)
