By popular demand from our member agents, in the near future we will be adding two new property sub-types. We wanted to give you a heads-up in case this means some extra work for you. The sub-types are:

Do you need to make changes to your clients’ websites?
It depends on how the website has been built:
If the “property type” data is generated dynamically, then there is nothing to do at your end.
If the “property type” data is static, we recommend that you add the above sub-types to the site’s current property type list. In the coming weeks the new sub-types will start to appear in the WebAPI and XML feeds. The sub-types will be available for both new and existing properties.
Note regarding Incremental XML Feeds
If an agent changes any of their existing properties to a new sub-type, the property will be included in the XML feed as updated.
We recommend that you add the parameter &NPT=true to the XML feed url. The output will show the property types and sub-types as they appear in the application.

Reminder: WebAPI V4.x and V5.x are now Deprecated
The WebAPI versions before API V6.0 are deprecated. This means you will no longer be able to create new API keys for the previous versions. and we will no longer provide support for deprecated versions:
V4.1, V4.2, V4.3 and V4.4
V5.0, V5.1, V5.2 and V5.3
Each WebAPI key will only work for the version in which it was created. Please verify the API keys are correctly configured for the WebAPI version is using. If you need any help, please contact us.
From the 1st of March of 2023, V4.x and V5.x will be removed from the System. So any website that has not upgraded before this date will no longer display property results.
