Agents can find key-ready units of a new development easily within a property search and send them to clients!
⚠️ This is a new feature, we are working on updating all the developemnts and selecting the Key Ready units.
How to find Key ready development units?
From the property search!
Open the property search
In the upper left, select New Developments and the tickbox for "Key Ready"
Click Search.
The results will display the developments with Key ready units available.
Which units are Key ready?
Agent can see how many Key ready units are available on the details page in "Construction Details", and the exact units the developer has selected as Key Ready in the Price list:
