Account administrators can choose how the Property Viewer links display, and what information is displayed. This will apply instantly to any new link created from the agency (to all users), and any existing links will also update after approximately 5 mins.
⚠️ As this is an agency setting, its only accessible to administrators.
How can I access the Property Viewer settings?
Account administrators can access the Property Viewer settings from their account:
Click the My Account ⚙️ icon in the top-right of the screen
Click on the Property Viewer Settings tab
Don't forget to click Save after making any changes!
What can I change?
We have taken onboard the feedback from our members and the following elements of property-viewer links can be changed:
Layout
Your Property Selection can be displayed in a list or a grid.
List (example)
All properties are displayed on a single page.
Navigation circles at the top mean clients can click to jump to a specific property or scroll and read all the information.
Grid (example)
Show a preview of the selected properties.
Clients can click to see a property's details, use Next / Previous to navigate or return to the results page.
If your clients open the link on a computer, you can also choose a Property Page layout:
Contact Information
Want to have a single contact number of email address used for enquiries? Here you can choose which to display:
Email
Individual per agent: will display the email address assigned to the user account that creates the Link.
Agency: will use the agency's email address in all the Links.
(see "Contact Email" in the [Company] tab to update it)
Phone
Individual per agent: will display the mobile number assigned to the user account that creates the Link.
Agency: will use the agency's phone number in all the Links.
(see "Phone" in the [Company] tab to update it)
Sections
Hide some of the elements of the Property Viewer links by toggling them from the available options
New Development Map Preview
Choose if you would like to show your clients the exact location of new developments or a general location.
⚠️ Note: Map needs to be enabled above in "Sections", and activate new developments in your subscription for this feature to work.
Social Links
Add links to your Social Media accounts! These will display in the footer of the Property-viewer links
