Property Images, Do's and Dont's

Updated over a year ago

When a property is shared on the network, it is visible to other agents and their clients through various means, including being displayed on their websites, sent via Whatsapp (Property-Viewer), or as a window card PDF.

Keeping this in mind, we have established the following guidelines for property images on the platform:

Images must:

  • Property images must be those taken by the listing agent or their staff, or, provided to the listing agent directly by the property owner.

  • A property listing must contain a minimum of one internal photograph of the property.
We recommend taking as many different photos as possible and at least 1 photo per room, terrace, storage, garden, pool and/or parking for the property.

Images must not:

  • Contain agency watermarks or any branding that will identify the listing agent or the vendor, this includes:

    • Agency Watermarks

    • Logos

    • Names, Initials or contact information

    • For Sale boards

    • Company cars (with branding)

    • Brochures on tables

    • Branded Floorplans

    • Photographers branding

  • Contain the exact location of the property (for example, a screenshot of a pinned location in Google Maps)

  • Aerial images that clearly display the neighboring property(s) (this is against GDPR laws)
