How can I set an agent as a Preferred Agent?

To set an agent as Preferred:

  1. Click [Miscellaneous] on the system menu

  2. Click [Preferred Agents]

  3. Prefer an Agent - Select the agencies you prefer to work with by ticking the boxes in the Preferred column then click [Save]. An email notification will go to the other agent.
