To exclude an agent:
Click [Miscellaneous] on the system menu
Click [Preferred Agents]
Select the agencies you do not want to work with by ticking the boxes in the [Excluded] column under [Your Settings]
Click [Save]
If you do not want to work with certain agents, you can exclude them. They will not see your properties and you will not see theirs either.
