If you have an exclusive agreement with an owner and the other agent hasn't complied and cancelled their listing, follow this procedure.

If a property owner has tried to cancel their listing with an agent and the agent has not complied, this is the procedure to follow.

Follow these steps to remove cookies from your browser of choice.

Available direct from the system:  Listing Form, Sales Agreement Form, Reservation Form, Annex IV and also a Commission Agreement

If you do not want to work with certain agents, you can exclude them. They will not see your properties and you will not see theirs either.

Your Agency Rating depends on how many agents have set you as a preferred agent for their searches or if they have excluded you.
