Live Chat

All Customer Support issues and queries are dealt with via our live Chat application. Simply click the "red chat icon" at the bottom-right of your system screen or on our website

Our Chat Support hours are:

  • 9am to 6pm - Monday to Friday

  • New chats raised outside of these hours including weekends and national holidays will be monitored periodically and any urgent system technical issues will be dealt with as required.

If you absolutely need us to call you, initiate a chat and give us a brief description of your query with your name and contact number and we will contact you. Otherwise, we please ask, try to resolve all your issues through our chat.
