How can I force a password reset for all user accounts in my company?

For the security of your data, we recommend that all passwords are changed in the event that an employee leaves your company.

To force a password reset for all users:

  1. Click [My Account] at top-right of the Home Page

  2. Click the [Users] tab

  3. Click [Edit] next to the first user in the list

  4. Click the [Reset Password] button

  5. Repeat from Point 3 for all users

The system will send an email to the email address registered on the user account, it will contain a Reset Password link.

NOTE:

  • You must have Administrator privileges to perform this function.

  • Ensure that the leaving staff member does not have access to any of the email addresses registered on the user accounts.

  • Passwords should be a minimum of 6 characters, alpha-numeric characters only, and no spaces.
