I need to change my invoicing details
Start a chat with Customer Support providing us with the new details and we will make the changes.
To check if your invoicing details are correct
Access [My Account] section by clicking on the blue cog at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Once you are in your account section click on the [Company] tab.
The details on the right-hand column are your invoicing details, these are private and only visible to the Administrators of your account.
⚠️ If your invoicing details change, please ensure your Invoicing Email address doesn't also need amending.
