How can I check or edit my company information

Be sure to keep your contact information up-to-date so that other agents and your clients can contact you

Here's how

Access [My Account] section by clicking on the blue cog at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Once you are in your account section click on the [Company] tab.

The details in the left-hand column are public details and will appear in the Members List and on property information you send to your clients.

The details on the right-hand column are your invoicing details, these are private and only visible to the Administrators of your account.

⚠️ If your contact details change, please ensure the Invoicing Email address is up to date.


What's Next

If you change your company information, also check that your Email Signature is up-to-date.

If you want to change your invoicing details, start a chat with Customer Support and we will make the changes.
