Can you invoice me without VAT?

  • If you are within the EU but outside of Spain and have a valid EU Tax Number, then your invoice will be issued without VAT. We check the validity of EU Tax Numbers against the tax office database.

  • Invoices issued to countries outside of the EU do not attract VAT.

  • Tax laws can and do change. In the case of doubt regarding VAT we will consult with our accountants.
