Why might your payment fail?
There are many reasons for a card to stop working, and if yours has, you will have received a Transaction email to your invoice contact email (please check Spam) that specifies the banks reason for not letting us charge the card.
What to do?
If you receive a Payment Notification ticket:
Log into your account and click the Pay Now button in the banner at the top of the screen.
Follow through and re-enter your card details.
WAIT till you see the authentication pop-up.
Authorise the payment on your banking app.
You should get a “successful payment” pop-up on the system screen.
You will receive your invoice by email.
If you encounter any problems with this process, please add a comment to your Payment Notification ticket, or start a chat from the icon at the bottom-right of the system screen.
