To pay by direct debit

  1. Start a chat requesting to change your payment method to Direct Debit.

  2. Our Customer Support department will reply with an online form where you can add your bank details and send them to our Finance department.


  • Direct debits are taken on the 1st of each month of service, eg: on 1st July we debit for JULY service.

  • Debits returned by your bank can incur additional Admin fees.

  • If your debits are returned on a regular basis, we reserve the right to change your payment method to online card payment.
