Where will I find the bank details to make a payment?
If your payment method is set as Bank Transfer, our bank details will appear on your payment notification near the bottom of the page. Our normal policy is to accept bank transfers for 6-month or yearly subscriptions.
However if you usually pay by card or direct debit and the transaction fails, start a chat with Customer Support and they will give you our bank details to do a one-off transfer.
I prefer my subscriptions payments to be taken automatically
Then these are your options:
Ask us to change your payment method to card or direct debit; or
Ask your bank to set up a recurring payment to us.
