What is Tourist Rental Community Vote?

The Community Vote field indicates whether the community of owners has taken a vote on whether to allow tourist or holiday rentals in the building or complex.

The listing agent has the option to add one of the following responses to their short-term property listing: Unknown, Allowed, Not Allowed, or Not Yet Voted.

In the case where a tourist rental licence was issued before the community of owners voted to prohibit holiday rentals, the licence will normally remain valid, as community decisions are usually not retroactive. However, if in doubt best check with the listing agent.

What is Match Both / Match Either?

Match Both will return results where your selections match exactly with information on the property listing. Keep in mind that choosing to match both can greatly reduce the number of properties that will display on the search results.

Match Either (recommended) will return search results where at least one of your selections match the listing information. This selection will give you a wider search result to work with.
