How to access the list
Click [Summaries] on the left-hand system menu
Click [Rentals]
A search page will display, this page will only search your own company listings
Select criteria to find specific types of properties or leave blank to get all properties
Select a date range to view bookings for a particular period
Click [Search]
Use the [Sort By] dropdown list to arrange the list order
Rental booking will display with a coloured band - click to view a pop-up with rental details
Click [Print] to download a PDF report for printing
