Having easy access to all your contacts directly from your phone is essential to stay organised and responsive, even when you’re away from the office.
With the Mobile version of ReSales Online, you can locate your client’s information, edit them, and create new contacts wherever you are.
To find an existing contact:
We have added a quick access to find contacts on the dashboard, simply click the 🔍 icon and search for your contacts.
Additionally Contacts can be search from the Menu:
Open the Menu, click Contacts and New Search 🔍
At the top of the page, there is a quick filter where you can search Name, Phone number, or Email address.
To filter the results even further, open “Advanced Search” where additional fields can be used including Contact Type, Contact Stage, Status, and Source and many more.
The contacts that match your search will be displayed as a list, please note, you can also scroll left and right to see other details like Sales person, last activity and date.
Tap on a contact to see the contact details page with all their info.

The contact Details page has been optimised to make the information as clear as possible to use on the go, featuring:
Clear overview page
Click to call contact number, making dialling your clients easier.
Click to email also, meaning no longer having to copy and paste an email address
Quickly update the Contact Stage and Source
Other details (like linked properties, purchasing and rental budgets...etc), and tasks (Appointments, Notes, Emails...etc) are neatly organised in tabs at the top of the page.
Within Tasks a new task can be added by clicking on [New Task]
Add new Contact
We have added a quick access to create a new contact from the dashboard, simply click the ➕ icon and add their information.
Additionally contacts can be added from the Menu:
Open the Menu, click Contacts and Add Contact.
Add your clients information to the form and either:
Tap [Save]
The Contact details page will display, allowing more information and tasks to be added.Tap [Save & Create New]
If you need to add multiple contacts quickly.
Contact Sources - What is that? and How can I create my own?
To keep your contacts organised, knowing how/where they contacted you is key!
For example, this could be from your Website, an advert, For Sale board, word of mouth...etc. You can create your custom sources!
Either when adding a new contact and clicking on ⚙️, or via the menu under Contacts, you can manage the Contact Sources.
