Tasks - Mobile Version

A task helps you keep track of actions that need to be completed for your business activities and daily workflow.

With the Mobile version of ReSales Online, you can create and manage tasks linked to Contacts, Properties, or standalone actions. You can also set due dates, priorities, stages, and reminders so you never miss important follow-ups or appointments.

Your tasks are displayed on the dashboard and organised in Daily or Weekly layouts, making it easier to manage appointments and upcoming activities at a glance.

To search for a task:

We have added quick access to find your tasks directly from the Dashboard. Simply click the 🔍 icon to search for them.


Alternatively, you can search through the Menu:

  1. Open the Menu, then select Tasks and New Search 🔍

  2. At the top of the page, you will find a quick filter where you can search by name, phone number, or email address.

  3. To narrow the results further, open Advanced Search, where you can apply additional filters such as Task Type, Priority, Task Stage, Assignee, linked Contact, or specific date ranges.

Tasks matching your search criteria will be displayed in a list, please note, you can also scroll left and right to see other fields.

You can click the arrow icon on the right to expand a brief summary, or tap on a task to open the Task Details page and view all related information.

Task Details page:

The Task Details page has been optimised to make task management quicker and easier.

At the top of the Task Details page, you will find three dedicated tabs to help organise information more efficiently: Info, Details, and Tasks.

Info

  • Dedicated Reschedule appointments and set reminder buttons

  • Quickly mark a task as completed

  • Add notes

Details

  • View all the task information at a glance

  • Dedicated buttons to quickly change task stage, and priority

  • Quickly access any properties linked to the task

  • Quickly access the contacts linked to the task

  • Click to call contact number, making dialling your clients easier.

  • Click to email also, meaning no longer having to copy and paste an email address

Add new Task

We have added quick access to create a new task directly from the Dashboard. Simply click the ➕ icon next to Tasks and enter the task information.


Alternatively tasks can be added from the Menu:

  1. Open the Menu, click Tasks and Add Task.

  2. Add the task information to the form, including

    1. Subject and Description

    2. Contact linked to the task (a new contact can be added directly if they aren't yet saved)

    3. Type of task

    4. Date and time

  3. Tap Save
    The Task Details page will open, allowing you to view the task information.
