How can I manage my Contact Source and Contact Stage lists?

You can add, edit, or delete Contact Sources or Contact Stages while adding a new contact, or in a any contact record.  Any edits to the lists will be available for all contacts.

  1. Ensure you are on the [Contact Details] tab

  2. Click the blue pencil Edit icon beside [Contact Source] or [Contact Stage]

  3. A pop-up window will open

To Add a Contact Source or Stage

  1. Click the + icon

  2. Type in the name of the new Contact Stage or Source

  3. Click the Save icon

To Edit a Contact Source or Stage

  1. Click the blue pencil icon beside the Contact Stage or Source you want to change

  2. Edit the text

  3. Click the Save icon

To Delete a Contact Source or Stage

  1. Click the delete icon 

  2. A pop-up will display asking if you are sure you want to delete

  3. Click [Confirm]

NOTE:

  • If you click to delete a Contact Source and you have Contacts assigned with that Source, the system will redirect you to Mass Update the affected Contacts and re-assign a new Contact Source to them.

  • After you have re-assigned the Contacts, you will then be able to delete the Contact Source.
