Yes, we can import your properties into your account via XML in the following formats.

Acceptable formats for daily imports:

Once you have your XML, feed please fill in the online form below to request a property import.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES!

  • Once we receive your Import request, we aim to process it as quickly as possible but it can take up to 6 working days.

  • This is an additional service that we do not charge for, however, any additional changes required after the initial property import has been completed will have a programming fee of €80 + IVA per hour.

  • Please check that your contact information is correct in the form below in case we need to contact you for any missing details.

  • Add any Additional Notes if applicable.

  • Most important: Any property information that is missing from the XML feed into ReSales Online, will need to be added manually to meet our requirements, such as:

    • Property Descriptions in English and Spanish

    • Cadastral reference and address

    • Images above a minimum size requirement of 800px (long edge)

    • Property details

    • Commissions

What’s next, when can I expect the import?

Once the above form has been submitted and we have all the details for your property import our IT department will contact you via chat within approximately 6 working days and do an initial import simulation for you to approve before the first import takes place.

When will the daily feed be executed?

  • Your properties will start importing at 06:00hrs each day.

  • You will receive a daily import summary of the properties that have been loaded or updated via email.
