How do I book a session?
Start a chat with Customer Support and let us know what you need, eg:
Who needs training and their job role
Any specific areas you want to be covered in the session.
The Customer Support team member will suggest the length of the training session based on your needs and agree a suitable date and time with you.
How much will it cost?
50€(+VAT) per half hour.
There is no charge for the set-up time for the remote session.
We will send you an invoice that must be paid prior to the training session. Non-payment will result in cancellation of the session.
How is the session conducted?
Our Customer Support team member will contact you at the appointed time and arrange a remote access to your PC. If you don't already have Teamviewer installed on your PC, you will need to do this preferably prior to the training session, click here to download TeamViewer.
If more than one person will be attending the session, ensure that you have speakers and microphone installed on the computer to be used for the training.
The Customer Support team member will give the training session over the phone whilst remotely connected to your computer and demonstrate the system in front of you.
