How do I book a session?
Start a chat with Customer Support and let us know what you need, eg:
Who needs training and their job role
Any specific areas you want to be covered in the session.
The Customer Support team member will suggest the length of the training session based on your needs and agree a suitable date and time with you.
How much will it cost?
50€(+VAT) per half hour.
There is no charge for the set-up time for the remote session.
We will send you an invoice that must be paid prior to the training session. Non-payment will result in cancellation of the session.
How is the session conducted?
Our Customer Support team member will create an online meeting via Google meet for the agreed upon date and time and send you an invite to the meeting for the allotted time. Please let our support team know if you are running late or need to rearrange the meeting.
While a web camera is not needed for the meeting, please check when entering the meeting that your speakers and microphone are both configured correctly.
If more than one person will be attending the session, please forward the meeting invite to them so they can also join the training session.
During the meeting, either you or the Customer Support team member can share screens to demonstrate the system in front of you.
If Google Meet is not an option, we can also connect to you via Teamviewer or over the phone.
