Change to Email Settings from 1st June

From 1st June it will not be possible to send emails from the system via our email servers, please check your current email settings and make changes if necessary.

The decision to remove this option, has been made in order to help guarantee the delivery of the emails you send to your clients from the system, for a full explanation, click here Why do I have to change my email settings?.

How can I check my settings?

Click the [My Account] icon
Click the [Email Settings] tab
Note which option is selected and check the table below for what to do.

Do I have to do anything?

  • Send from your email address, via our Mail Server

  • Send from crm@resales-online.com on behalf of your email account

YES you will need to change to one of the “relay” methods.

  • Relay emails through your own email server using a single email account

  • Relay emails through your own email server using individual email accounts per user
