RAII stands for "Registro de Agentes de Intermediación Inmobiliaria", or Registry of Real Estate Brokers.

This registration process ensures that individuals involved in real estate transactions meet certain standards, adhere to ethical practices and have insurance in place to safeguard their clients. The registry will also facilitate transparency within the real estate industry by providing a means for the public to verify the legitimacy and qualifications of real estate professionals.

​Communities that have already introduced a register are:

The Community of Valencia which includes the provinces of Valencia, Alicante and Castellón have this legislation in place and estate agents have had to comply with Decree 98/2022 since October 2023 to continue operating legally.

As of 14 November 2023 we have been collecting agents registration details and adding them into the system.
