How often are developments updated?
In addition to developers being able to update the promotions directly, we have a dedicated team to keep the information up to date, which results in most price changes being updated within 1 working day.
Agents can easily see when each development was last updated.
What information is included?
Agents can search and explore available New Developments in a specific area or location, view detailed information about each project, and filter results according to their preferences.
This includes:
Price List and availability: The search will show all the available projects and include a price list with information for all the units.
Exact Location: See on the map where a development is located
Full property details: See the information of the development and its units, including:
Beds/Baths
Build Sizes Including built, terrace, garden/plot
Development descriptions and key features.
Estimated Start and Completion dates
Payment Terms: Know the developments payment structure ahead of time, including reservation, contract and construction stages.
Commission
Developers Contact information: Contact the developer or exclusive agency directly. Details included for every development.
High-quality photographs and marketing images.
Documents and other available resources: Such as quality and specifications dossier, unit floor plans, and other related documentation.
Virtual/Video tour.
How to access the Price List
In the price list you can see most of the information of a development, locate the [Price List] button on the details page of each development and a new tab will open with the information:
Additionally, this information can be sent to your client in Property Viewer links, PDFs, and included on your website (depending on the integration method used)
New feature: Download all images of new developments
You can now download all unbranded images of a development in high resolution, making it easier to prepare professional marketing materials and present developments to clients.
To do this, open the developments details page and locate the button to Download All Images button in the upper right:
The images will be downloaded in a .zip file to your computer
