To check if another agent’s property is still available to view:
On your search results page, select the tickbox next to the property you want to check. You can select more than one property at a time.
From the [Actions] drop-down menu select [Check Availability]
The system will send an automatic email to the listing agent requesting a confirmation of the property status
When the status is confirmed you will receive an automatic email notifying you of the property status
NOTE:
You can only check availability on properties that display as last updated more than 14 days ago.
