How can I request a Status update on another agent's property?

Check if another agent's property is still available before you send details to your client.

To check if another agent’s property is still available to view:

  1. On your search results page, select the tickbox next to the property you want to check.  You can select more than one property at a time.

  2. From the [Actions] drop-down menu select [Check Availability]

  3. The system will send an automatic email to the listing agent requesting a confirmation of the property status

  4. When the status is confirmed you will receive an automatic email notifying you of the property status

NOTE:

  • You can only check availability on properties that display as last updated more than 14 days ago.
