To access your agency's feeds
⚠️ Important: only account administrators can access the XML feeds on their account.
The list of active XML feeds on an account can be accessed at any time, by an account admin, in the Left hand menu.
Click on [Properties]
Open the sub menu for [Feed Out]
Select "XML feeds"
Here you will see all the active XML feeds on the account listed, (see the following image below as an example)
Click on Copy Feed URL and send to your webmaster or portal
If you need a feed that is not in your list, start a chat with Customer Support.
NOTE regarding the STATUS column:
A status is assigned depending on when the feed was last run and if it was successful
💚 Active: Feed has been run in last 5 days and status is Successful.
💛 Inactive: Feed has not been used in last 5 days.
🩶 Not in use: Feed has not been used in last month or more.
🔴 Error: There was an error when using the feed.
