How can I update my New Developments?

It is imperative that you keep your new development price lists up-to-date so that agents can send info to their clients with confidence.

When agents search for new development properties, they can see how long since it was last updated by the developer or master agent. We strongly recommend that you do regular updates.

I need to update a price list

  1. Click [My Developments] on the system menu

  2. Select the development by clicking on it's name

  3. Click the [Editable Price List] button near the top-right of the screen

  4. Edit where needed by clicking where you want to change. You can change prices, status (Available, Sold, Reserved, or Hold), or orientation

  5. Save the changes

    1. Click [Save] on the line that you changed if only changing one unit; or

    2. Click [Save All] if you made multiple changes. The Save All button is at the bottom of the page and will save all changes at once.

  6. Click [Publish] near the top-right of the screen, it will go from orange to green and your changes will be shared on the Network.

My development is SOLD OUT!

Congratulations, that's great. Follow the steps above and on the Editable Price List, make sure that ALL units are set to SOLD, then click [Save All] and don't forget to click PUBLISH at the top-right so it changes to green. Your development will now be recorded in the system as SOLD and will not show in property searches any more.

Nothing has changed, but I want to confirm my development is still up-to-date

  1. Click [My Developments] on the system menu

  2. Select the development by clicking on it's name

  3. Click the button [Click to confirm still up-to-date] at the top-right next to the refence number.

  4. You will see that the [Last updated] date at the top-right will change to today and it will also show the username that made the change.

Can I get help with updating my price lists?

Absolutely, if you prefer you can start a chat with Customer Support and attach your updated price lists. We will make the changes, republish your development, and confirm that it has been done.
