What is the REPORT button?
The report button should be used to report property listings or AMS messages that are inaccurate or inappropriate.
Here are some examples of why you might report a property or message:
Duplicate property, if so, please also include the other reference number.
Inaccurate data/photos.
Property is SOLD, state how you know this.
Property description includes agency contact details or watermarks on photos.
Inappropriate content, slander, or hearsay concerning a 3rd party (AMS messages).
How can I report a property or AMS message?
To report a property you have 2 different options:
Option 1 - When performing a property search:
Click the [Report this listing] button 🚫.
Enter your reason for making a report.
Click [Submit].
Option 2 - Clicking on a listing:
Click on the [More] button.
Click on [Report].
Enter your reason for making a report.
Click [Submit].
To report an AMS message:
Click the [Report] button.
Enter your reason for making a report.
Click [Report].
What happens after I submit the Report?
An automatic chat will be created on your account and sent to Customer Support with your message.
Customer Support will investigate your report and take action if required. If necessary, a separate chat will be raised to the other agent requesting that they amend their listing or message.
Customer Support will keep you informed via the original report chat.
