Property Statuses
Listing
The property is still being created and may be missing details or photos.
Once complete, remember to update it to Available.
Available
The property is fully active and available on the system.
Under Offer
An offer has been made and is awaiting the owner's approval.
Sale Agreed
The sale has been agreed, but the process is not yet completed.
Off Market
The property has been removed from the market by the listing agent.
Sold
The property has been marked as sold.
Rented
The property currently has an active rental booking.
Q-Available
The property is currently being validated.
It will automatically become Available within 24 - 48 hours.
Visibility & Colours
For Available, Under Offer, and Sale Agreed, the background colour shows how the property is shared:
White
Fully shared within the system
Visible to all agents and on their websites
Orange
Shared as a duplicate of another property. This means the listing is not unique and has already been listed by another agency.
Can be viewed by other agents:
In Search 1.0 via reference number
In Search 2.0 within the duplicate listing of the original property
Red
Not shared (agent request or sharing rules)
Only visible on the listing agents' website (if enabled)
Access limited to reference number search
Purple
Shared within the system
Not visible on other agents' websites
